Our Method
At Typehaze, we work through a well proven collaborative ping-pong process.
Every project begins with a shared field: content, references, intentions, atmosphere, context and visual material.
We usually start with an extensive kick-off conversation, often closer to a workshop than a traditional briefing. This phase matters deeply to us. It creates space for ideas, moods, structures and motivations to surface before visual decisions are made.
From there, we prepare the playing field.
Once the essential material is gathered, we begin structuring the visual and conceptual space.
Often, the rhythm and atmosphere of the project already begin to emerge during the kick-off phase itself.
We then move into collaborative phases, intentionally not understood as »correction rounds«. Instead, we see these moments as interactive exchanges:
a creative ping-pong between Typehaze and the project partner.
We react, shift, sharpen, test directions, discover unexpected connections and build momentum together.
Depending on the project, this can take different forms, but usually one strong kick-off and one or two focused exchange phases are enough to define rhythm, emphasis and direction.
After that, Typehaze returns to the work for refinement, composition and fine-tuning.
At its best, the process becomes a shared rhythm: intuitive, focused, collaborative and alive.
