For us, understanding isn’t a preliminary step. It is a substantial part of the design process itself. We deliberately devote a significant part of every project to understanding before making visual decisions. Our approach is rooted in sociology, psychology and systems thinking. We are interested in how people perceive, relate, decide and make meaning. We believe that design is never an isolated object but part of a larger system of relationships. The better we understand that system, the more precisely we can shape it.

Before we create anything, we ask precise questions, explore different perspectives and connect ideas until the project begins to reveal its own internal logic. Every answer brings greater clarity. Every conversation sharpens the direction. Every insight helps us make better decisions. Only then do visual decisions begin to emerge.
